These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 456ph platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the 456ph website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before playing.

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 456ph ("456ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 456ph website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By creating a 456ph account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the 456ph Platform. 2.3 Excluded Persons. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 456ph may request government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license) at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
Age Verification Notice: 456ph takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to the payment source where possible.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 456ph account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If 456ph detects duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the same player will be suspended, bonus winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your 456ph account. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity. 456ph reserves the right to verify all registration information and to close accounts where false information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 456ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 456ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.5 Account Currency. All 456ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 456ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. 456ph does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must: (a) have completed KYC identity verification; (b) have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) have made at least one qualifying deposit using the same payment method you wish to withdraw to; and (d) ensure your account is in good standing with no pending investigations.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. 456ph aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any additional verification requirements. 456ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and comply with Philippine financial regulations.
4.6 Player Funds. 456ph holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Player deposits are not used for operational expenses. In the event of insolvency, player funds are protected to the extent required by applicable Philippine law.
No Cryptocurrency & No Credit Card Deposits: In compliance with Philippine payment regulations, 456ph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind or credit card gambling deposits. Attempts to deposit via prohibited methods will be declined and funds returned.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 456ph are subject to these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 456ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a 456ph account at any given time. Players must opt in to bonuses where required; bonuses are not automatically applied unless stated.
5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 456ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect players who have already opted in and are actively meeting wagering requirements.
6.1 Game Availability. 456ph offers a range of games including live dealer games, slots, bingo, sports betting, and table games. Game availability may vary and 456ph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All 456ph casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, all affected bets and payouts will be void. 456ph will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect payout being credited to a player's account, 456ph reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 456ph reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player account at its sole discretion.
6.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, odds, and results are subject to the specific rules of each sport and event. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the decision of the relevant governing body shall be final. 456ph covers Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, UFC, boxing, and other major sporting events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 456ph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the 456ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface designs, is the property of 456ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; (c) use any 456ph trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
8.3 Any unauthorized use of 456ph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 456ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 456ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 456ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 456ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 456ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 456ph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
10.2 Suspension by 456ph. 456ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 456ph is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) 456ph reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; or (d) your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
10.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. 456ph will notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy fees. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule.
10.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12.
11.1 456ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. 11.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

12.2 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.3 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 456ph Platform.
12.4 Game Outcome Disputes. The outcome of all games on the 456ph Platform is determined by certified RNG systems or live event results. 456ph's determination of game outcomes is final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
13.1 456ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 456ph will provide reasonable notice to players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
13.3 Your continued use of the 456ph Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
